Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to make it good — within the conditions below.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days we're unable to accept returns, as fragrances are personal-care products.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Email hello@scentiventi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including how to send the item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. As orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash to your nominated account.
