Welcome to Scentiventi("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at scentiventi.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

We take great care to describe our fragrances accurately. Scent perception varies from person to person, and we cannot guarantee that your experience will match our descriptions exactly.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. The amount displayed at checkout is what you will pay upon delivery. Scentiventi reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your order will be honoured.

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping is offered on orders above the threshold displayed on our website. Scentiventi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We want you to love your fragrance. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items unless the product is defective. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Scentiventi and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentiventi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
