Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your city and courier conditions. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Orders above ₨15,000 qualify for free nationwide shipping. A flat shipping fee of ₨500 applies to orders below ₨15,000, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier in cash when your fragrance arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for a smooth handover.
